Payment Methods

We have Paypal or Moneybookers as your payment method, you will be connected to the payment page directly.

Paypal payee:

Alternatively you can send us international Money Orders in US$. The Postal Money Orders from the USPS are also acceptable. Money orders in other currency will be rejected and returned.

Western Union is also allowed. Upon checking out your cart, select "Money Order" as the payment method and make a note telling us that you willl be paying by Western Union instead of a money order.

We do not accept personal check, bank transfer nor Moneygram.

International Shipping

We use the Postal service as our courier so our shipments go anywhere your local post office will cover. We ship to international destinations including PO boxes and AFO/APO addresses.

Typically we dispatch an order within 7 days after payment. 90% of our orders go within the 7-10 days time span from payment made to order received. Some countries have consistently slower postal service and tighter customs controls which can delay order arrivals.

We charge a flat international shipping fee US$16 per order, regardless size of your order. You may order just one piece or dozens, the postage be the same. Only if you want a faster delivery (4-8 days) you will pay $28 express fee per order.

Insurance is available as an option. For each US$8 of Premium, the Sum Insured be upto US$600 of shipment's declared commercial value. This insurance hyperlink is also available on every page's footer.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We honor no-question-asked satisfaction guarantee to all orders. So you need not to worry if the cloth size unfits or changed mind. You may return an order for a refund or store credit on the item price in the following three conditions:

  1. Return request be submitted to us within SEVEN days after order delivery.
  2. All tags and packaging of a product are in their original place as it comes to you, in a good-for-sell-as-new condition.
  3. No shipping fee is refundable in any circumstance.
  4. If customer wants to exchange an item a shipping fee will be applicable per gross weight of the re-ship order.
