Combine floral with steel, and chiffon with leather; people will tell you it’s been done before and it will be done again. In my opinion, keep it going.

When you buy new clothes, there’s a certain excitement to putting them away for the first time. You’ve added a new look to your collection — a new choice for you to make when it’s a special day at work or a first date.

 But, as time passes, your interest in those clothes starts to wane. Sure, maybe one or two things retain their appeal, but the rest of them just hang there reminding you of an intense need to shop. And you’d love to shop — if gas prices weren’t so high and pennies weren’t being pinched everywhere else.

Don’t despair, there may be a solution. It’s called a “naked lady party” or a “clothing swap.” The basic idea includes a group of friends getting together and exchanging their old clothes. It’s fun, it saves money and you leave with a few new wardrobe pieces.
